This is so bad , I spoke with a gentleman a week ago when received letter saying I was eligible then saying I was not eligible the male said do not worry the letters are confusing , very nice spoke with someone today Kay she was not helpful 1st said the online letter meant I was rec benefits form someone else , then said well ou will get one check for now bec you are still working so mthly and yrly I make too much I said ok can you tell me with my earning when I may get another check she said no, so I said if im over 4600. can you figure out maybe when I would have pd it receive another check , she said no , so I said I paid in but can not rec my checks every other or in 3mos when I have paid back that amount in other words the letter said you are eligible to receive mthly benefits then says you will receive march in april , then in april benefits are suspended. period no explanation I said I dont work for the s.s. o has a consumer why cant the letters say what this lady rudely said , I mean do you have to be a rude matter of fact personality I mean if you dont like the job why do you work and deal with people every day and cant answer questions that may include mathematical need , the main number makes you hold up till 1 min before close then hangs up on you , not once but every time . I do not understand why they have the employees just disconnect and no one, i monitors that .I the gentlemen that . I also read review about the gentlemen that could not hear then put back in cue shame on you , that's discrimination and you should have more compassion and be held accountable

no response, no call backs , improper use of Call Management phone system that doesn't properly route of provide viable solutions to callers. Letters are not properly noted with case manager number and contact information.

Ive been on disability and have tried numerous time to get through on the ph on hold every time for over an hour only to get a recording. I've found a job that is much easier on my body , I belive I can continue working at this time . so I need to discontinue the SSI. John 602-722-2858

My child is disabled and going through 6 yrs of applications plus after 1 yr of receiving 200/mo in child support, I found out my child is eligible for 7xx per mo. My child has thousands of dollars per month in therapy and additional medical care and the agent kept 500 from my child. The disability was decided by their medical doctor not the agent. Who is he to take from any person.

I called to make an appointment to discuss Medicare. I received a letter saying I had spoken with them about eligibility for SSI.

Good grief.
