Overall rating of this office:I tried to call this office several times. EAch time I was placed on hold and told it would be about 15 minutes. However, each time after about 6 minutes, the call was disconnected. How do I contact a live person at the Little Rock office?
Ms. Felita Jackson answered the phone when I called. She was so helpful and kind. She took the time to solve my problem completely. The SS Admin. needs more employees like her. She was absolutely amazing! Thank you, Ms. Jackson!
