Overall rating of this office:Some time ago I got a notice that money would be taken out of my SS check to pay for Medicare ($125). I did not sign up for that, but the money has been taken anyway. I have a letter from the VA Hospital in Long Beach stating that as a disabled vet, I have lifetime coverage with them with the exclusion of dental. I do not think I need to pay you guys a red cent of the social security check to get dental care. I want this judgement reversed, and the amounts returned to me. Who do I need to consult with to manage this?
I went to the Anaheim social security office in Sept.2015. The counselor that helped me was very helpful. I was hoping to get the same counselor again when I go back in October 2016. Is that possible ? Her name was Isabel, and again; she was very knowledgable and helpful. In addition I was wondering if there is a direct line to that office to make an appointment.

Tried to arrange an appointment, the waiting time , just for the first available body, was announced at over an hour. An hour wait time to get an appointment for some time in the future?? Still have no appointment. Can you really be this user unfriendly?
