Called for 1hr straight with no one picking up the phone. Completely unsat.

I had to see the Doctor, Khalid B Khan, 13425 Inglewood Ave., Hawthorne, CA. I had to see the doctor due to an accident with city bus. No lawsuit was mde for it was decided that it was an accident. But you refused to pay my bill and now the Doctor won't see me again until this bill is paid. I live on SS benefits and can not pay this bill. Can you help?
