Overall rating of this office:I am trying to get a copy of my SS# card for a RL license renewal. My wife needs the same but with a name change since she married me. How can I get an appointment at the MV, CA office. The 1-800# is a farce with over an hour wait time.
How can I set up an appointment to see an agent? I was unable to create a MySocialSecurity online account. The error said SUSPENDED ELECTRONIC ACCESS...UNABLE TO MATCH INFORMATION
I tried to submit my Medicare enrollment and was told to bring in original documents. Can I make an appointment or can I have my wife bring in the documents for me? I tried to bring them but could not even get through the front door as it was so crowded.

I moved to Calif from New York State. I changed my checking account number as my husband and I were hacked. My as check was deposited in the right account. I called to tell Calif SS my new address and all my information.
I received my April 2019 check in May and do not receive May’s check until the 4the week of the month. The amount of my check was about 200.00 less than I received in New York State.
Why is that?? Can you please either call me at1 (917) 673-2469 or email me with a phone number where I can call to speak to a person.
