I have never seen such incompetent employees. They loose my paperwork and sensitive documents constantly. They fail to record what I send. I have to send them everything certified. It is so obvious these acts are intentional. No one can be this ignorant.
I have tried to apply for Social Security several times now and was denied, I live with spouse & we are separated and the only reason I am in the home is because I would be homeless and have no where to go. I am disabled and have no income, I can not buy anything for myself, please tell me what I should do?
This place illustrates why people HATE government. I spent eight hours waiting and had ten minutes of face time with employees. The WORST of them was a rotten female named Mary, who charged me $31 for A SINGLE DOCUMENT I needed to get benefits for my deceased parents. This woman acted as if she were doing me a favor, and I had to return on THREE occasions to complete business that should have take FIVE MINUTES. I DESPISE THIS PLACE.
This office has lost my paperwork twice now and somehow got our benefits suspended...I am beside myself. I filed an appeal and, yes, they lost that paperwork as well. They keep saying "call back next week". I never had a problem with the Sonoma office ever!!
I can not get a new SS Card that has the new number and not my Social Security Number on it sent to me.
Page is too limited. I don't see, how to make an appointment. I do have complaints, but why bother telling them?
my doctor sent my medical records from Mountain View chiropractor and evidently it has not shown up yet and I am worried it will affect my disability claim. They sent it with the paper with the bar code on it and you should have received it.Mr. Quinn is waiting for it and i only have 9 days left for it to show up...thankyou
With high respect to people I have to say this administration is lacking in communication and follow up. I was interviewed to be a friends payee and the next thing I know is they have stopped payment because of faulty info and then I was told they changed their mind but gave me no correspondence as to why. I have been literally calling for a month and they tell me they will email the rep that handles the case I yet to be responded too. So sad that we cant run a decent organization regardless of the case load but treat each person with dignity and call back to close the case and be efficient. Much disappointment
