I tried 6 times to call today this number :1-800-772-1213, after following all the direction I was informed that I need to speak someone in person and I will be transferred, then after several clicks, there was a fast busy signal .... and nothing else happened.

There was no option for a return call. It is so frustrating. I would just like to get an in-person appointment and apply for my Social Security Benefits.

Can't sign in to My Social Security account. They want an activation code but never sent one. This is ridiculous. Now what?

The wait was short and the gentleman that helped was polite and efficient. Would recommend the Aero anytime.

If you think that other govt departments are inept and hard to deal with, wait until you communicate with Social Security and/or Medicare office. They are difficult beyond words.

It is unbelievable that these offices are open so few hours a day! My husband and i both are employed and trying to get to this office, WAIT to be seen, etc. in that small frame of time is ridiculous. You should be open evenings AND at least one Saturday a month.
