Overall rating of this office:I am concerned about my paper work from SS so that I can file MY taxes from social security. I have not recieved needed document yet. Please advise.
I am trying to reach Mrs. Williams, whom I was told is the area director. I had a horrible experience with the Suisun CA office dealing with a woman who identified herself as Ms. Burton. I don't know if there is a direct email address to reach Ms Williams, but I will send a correspondence through the mail, as I wasn't given an email address To reach the director. My experience was one of the worst I have ever had dealing with an agency. Ms. Burton was rude, indifferent and had to have two other employees for assistance with my issue.

Your website is worthless. Trying to find the local number for Suisun City, California and just has the national number. Went to Field Office Locator and there is no Additional Office Information. Ads detract from information. Attempted to set up an account for my wife and couldn't get the photo accepted of the driver's license and we couldn't use the type in stuff because the information she is requesting is part of the verification material. She has no credit cards. Totally frustrating experience.
