Overall rating of this office:It would be nice for Social Security Adm. to remember that not every senior citizen have computer skills. We didn't have computers in the classrooms. We were lucky to have one working manual (nonelectric) typewriter. How does one change banking info without appt or computer? It's sad that young people think that they are never going to get old. You will!!
Patricia Fleming took off with my SSI-DI. have not seen them 2 months.
We came by the office in the morning at 09:00am, but was turned away because we had to appointment at 09:25am.
I'm trying to make an appointment to replace a damaged Social Security card. Do you know the number? Thank you.

I am constantly waiting on the phone to speak with a rep,after 15 minutes the calls are dropped. WTF????
