I have a member of my congregation who was told back in January 2013 that his benefits have been reinstated. Since then, he has been told that it would take 45 days, then 90 days, then 60 days, and now it is May 2014-and still this young man still has not received his benefit payments.

And you wonder why some people lose patience and hope.
