This office does not offer the service of name change, although the website and the people who answer the phones said so. I went there today and there's a big sign that says you can't change your name there.
I have been advised my Social Security my number has been placed on a hold. I tried to call the local office in Lake Mary to see what I need to bring in to get the number cleared. You basically hung up on me because you were too busy to answer the phone. Please advise what information I need to clear my social security number. My phone is 407-462-5738Thank you.

Still waiting on the form you were to send,so I can drop part B,Im gonna keep working,and have insurance still,the person i spoke with last week was mailing some form 17''',dont remember what the hole number was,but need the form apparently to fill out and return?
