Overall rating of this office:I have been getting calls and text messages from someone in Elgin , Ill. The phone number is: 224-242-9598. The message is informing there is fraud being attempted on my social security number and to call for further instructions. This sounds like a classic scam to me.

I have called more than once before I still do not have my tax statement for earnings this year. I must have this report to send to my CPA. I live in an assisted living facility. It is appalling that the Naples, FL office has no dedicated phone line for direct contact with an agent. I was on hold for over an hour with your 800#. When I FINALLY got through, so I thought, I got a voicemail message saying all representatives are busy and to call back.This is unconscionable. I have tried for days to schedule an appointment with someone for help to no avail.
