Overall rating of this office:No one in SSA Tallahassee office ever returns my phone calls. SSA never sends me a notification of change (COLA) of my benefits.
SSA never sends me a 1099 that I need for my income tax.
Todd evans is the one of the most incompetent employees I have encountered in awhile. I sent my Medicare Part application and info with signature required to this office on November 7 2018. At 0750 on November 9th I missed a call from Todd Evans. Immediately attempted to return it, however, that is not an option until the office opens at 0900. Called again at 0910. Had to leave message. Had returned hs call 8 times since that date and left message. Not once has he returned my call. Now I find out from ny new insurance plan that my Medicare Part B has NOT been processed. This crap of an employee needs to FIRED!
hello , my name is patricia colvin . I was recently enrolled in medicare . I turn 65 april 29th . I received my medicare card and I had a part B and I wanted to know if I was suppose to be on part PART A AND B PLANS . I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICES AND CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANY ONE . COULD SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME SO I CAN GET A ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION CAN I GET ON PARTS A AND B . Have not gotten my notice of increase in SS that I get every year...Need to know how much it will be.

I can not believe how hard it is to change your name back to your birth name. Also when will SSA be open to the public because this is very frustrating.
