Hello,
My name is DO T. PHAM.
My wife and I have applied for part B since October 7 in Morrow Georgia and still have not received part B. I have contacted Mr. Le since early December but have not received a reply.
I will retire 1/1/22 so I need a part B card before the beginning of the new year.
Please help me and my wife to get part B soon. Only 12 days left until the company's insurance expires.
