SS MESSED UP MY MEDICARE PART B AND I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW. THE RESULT IS THAT I HAVE NO MEDICARE B SO FAR, AND WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE IT STARTING JANUARY 1, 2022. CANNOT SEE DOCTORS UNLESS I PAY THE BILLS MYSELF. CANNOT REACH SOCIAL SECURITY BY PHONE AND HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR HOURS. EVEN GOT THE DIRECT NUMBER TO A SUPERVISOR BUT SHE NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE OR ANSWERS EITHER. THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO OR TO HELP. EACH TIME, YOU TALK TO A PERSON, WHICH IS A MIRACLE, YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING FROM THE BEGINNING AND USUALLY GET A DIFERENT ANSWER EACH TIME. CAN SOMEONE HELP?????

I called ss today and was told the wait time was 1 hour. I stayed on the phone for over 2 hours never got an answer!

I have had 3 encounters with people in your office; they are very rude and rush you through processes and procedures, telling you they have other people to wait on when you are just trying to clarify next steps. This has happened in person twice and today over the phone. After calling the main number posted on your documentation, the lady on that number provided the Aurora Office; this lady was very kind, searched the system for the documents I mailed but could not find them. I told her I was looking for the Bloomingdale office and she provided your number. The lady was very rude and rushed me along, talked over my questions without listening; made up responses for what my questions were. If I acted like this on my job, I would be immediately fired. You really need to have more patient people working there. There is absolutely no excuses for people to be treated this way when not treating them poorly in any way. I am sure some people are rude to them as well, but I was not. I just wanted answers but was not allowed to ask questions without being interrupted, Rudely interrupted. I wish your office was not whom I had to do business with.

This officer in the waiting room was making inappropriate comments to my wife while she was in line. He needs to be fired!

Hello, I collect SSD and like to retire from my former employment. Will that effect my SSD? Thanking you.
