Front desk receptionist was ok ,but medical assistant appeared to be sort of rude. While I patiently waited in the waiting room for my husband medical examination I can hear the medical assistant questioning my husband about his eyes he ask him to read the lines and when he couldn't he told him that he .Medical assistant than said out loud what are you blind and although I was sitting in the waiting room I could hear my husband frustration .I got up and ask the receptionist could I go to where my husband was so that I could give them medical records from Rush hospital stating what the disease was called that he had going on with his eyes I was told know I was also thinking that maybe the medical assistant was upset because when ever he walked into the receptionist area to communicate with the receptionist they would argue which is not professional .

does Social Security send out 1099 forms to disability recipients

Had an appointment with Ms. Jordan at 9:00 on Tuesday 08/13. She was knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions and signed me up for both Medicare plan A & B. She also explained my Social Security benefits. Ms. Jordan did an excellent job!

I visited this office on 4/24/19 to file an appeal for denial of SSI benefits and received nothing from the intake coordinator proving that she received the info. Received no mailing yet. Cannot set up an account online...

Easy to find, good parking, lots of seating. pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful people. I wish they stayed open later.

I cant find a fax number anywhere

I have been given a date of my retirement check start but it says the first month I will receive $509 and then $187 each month after that. why? Why is it dropping after the first month?
