I submitted a widows claim in Dec. The lady that took my case and told me she was there for me and this is what she does said I would receive my money the end of Dec since my ex died in Aug.It is April and she still has not turned in my application, with no excuse.I have left messages on her phone to call me back and she ignores me.I have called Washington Social Security and they said they would send her a letter to send my application in. What in the world do you have to do? I I am at a loss why she won't turn this in and why someone isn't doing something about it!
