My name is Hoa Pham, I've been suspended electronic access to my SSA personal information causing of an incorrect password.
I'd like to know what am I done to reset the account again ?

Staff is rude and not helpful. Unwilling to answer my questions and hung up on me trying to find out the status of newborn social security information.
Generally very happy with the whole layout. Only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because there's always room for improvement. I have poor vision, PTSD, so difficult to focus, but i did not have trouble finding the phone number to contact (couldn't access from main SSA). Thanks! Live long and prosper!
Filing for the one time death benefit for my elderly father has been a nightmare with this office. He has had two phone appointments that were cancelled.
I am looking for a "checklist" of instructions for our office to use when requesting a SS card when a child is removed from the home and we need to request a SS card for our office. Such things as: what paperwork is needed, who do we send paperwork, etc. Thank You.

I have called alot of times only to hanged up on. plus my log in account doesnt take my security questions. such a hassle
