It is hard to get a hold of any body when I call, and I have been down there you guys when I have been there u are not busy. U need to plan your work better. Also answer the phone instead of answering the computer I was told they commutate on the computer quicker then the phone.

I need a duplicate Social Security Statement for my mother, Enola Ruff, for 2013. She is in a nursing home. I thought the nursing home filed her taxes for Indiana and they thought I did.
