Dear Sir or Madam:

I am a visiting scholar of ISU. And I have applied my ssn at Dec 3rd 2018. But I have not received my ssn card now. And I really need my ssn to do some important thing, such as applying my credit card. So when can I get my ssn card.

I am currently receiving ss payments on my husbands account. He is deceased. I turned 67 in July and I believe that my benefits
might be higher if I switched to my
ss account now but I am not sure at
what age this changes. Please direct me to an appropriate person.
