50 minutes....
why do we have to use a 800 telephone number
I have previously filed for a SS Disability which was denied and was sent the Appeal forms due by 01-26-15. I missed that deadline by 3 days because my mental health wouldn't allow me to follow through with the appeal process within the said time frame. I am requesting an extension on this Appeal timeline. Since this initial Disability claim I have since incurred new physical issues. Please consider this request due to the fact in the last year & several months I have had 5 major surgeries and lost my sister to Cancer. I appreciate your consideration for any reconsideration to my appeal for an extension. I do see my Cardiologist in March, 2015 Thank you, Amy Mayeux
