Hi. My name is Lisa Cumpton and I have received my reward letter this past year and I need to know why my 1994 July started then stopped and then in 2012 ssi did the same thing. I also report to the office that the court in ky has a 2009 case when it said i wasn’t with child and locked up and state needed to be paid back for labor and child’s eye. Well in 2009 I (Lisa Cumpton was told. I had fluid on my brain ( my still born son ) also did but then my father Raymond wiley has a case from 2010
From Oakley and Oakley at Lexington for bill on mortgage. The eye dr was my appointment and i had Medicare and Medicaid so I am unsure of all the error in my case so I need to get this fixed please thank you
