I have been here three times now. Every time I come in I get the same woman and she is one of the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever met. She is surly and snide. Refusing to help me when I have all my paperwork because every time I come she insists that what I have isn't good enough to change my son's last name even though I have all the paperwork needed. She has trapped me in an endless loop of of coming and leaving to go gather more paperwork that she claims to need and then when I get it it still isn't enough. I am exhausted and truly furious and how ridiculous this process has been. Every time I go I pray I don't have to meet her again but it's always her. I wish someone else would help me so I could get more useful information and help. I truly feel bad for the elderly that have to use this branch of the government because they are the most miserable people I have ever met. Truly a horrible experience and I can't wait until it's over.
