I called to get an appointment and was palced on a hold where I sat for 15 minutes the call was disconnected and when i tried to call back they were no longer answering the phone this is unacceptable i work in the banking industry and if I handled peoples deposits this way and they didn't get paid they would be upset as well so think about that before you hang up on people
