Overall rating of this office:I am reciving Teacher Retirment I have been to the social security office in New Iberia Louisiana a total of 4 times .I reported my retirement and amount I am reciving and they tell me they hae to get notification from Teacher Retirement I called Teacher Retirement they tell me that is not there job it is up to me I have reported it 4 times I dont know what else to do.
I am a payee for my daughter,and I have experienced Hours of waiting, and can not talk to anyone on the phone and if I do they are rude and unprofessional. I can not stand working with the government. Things are done unprofessional and confussing and nothing gets right,because I always have to go and fix it again!

I usps tracking number has been saying yall have had my information since november 15th. I sent information for a social security card and have not got anything back.. all i do is call the number and get put on hold for hours
