I am in Florida trying to fix errors on my statements from ssi , I want to retire soon and i need to fix this the ssi has me making 0 on some years that i have worked! No one is answering , managed after a 2 hr wait 1 month ago to make an appt after giving all the PRIVATE INFO to the person at ssi, they said just wait for a call they couldnt make an appt someone would call back to do that! That has never happened and i am frustrated, I need several things done. The offices are still closed from covid when the whole world has been open and working. I spoke with someone from my local SSA and they had no record of the letter I received on 11/20. I mailed a copy of the envelope and letter to ssa, oeio division of earnings & business service, baltimore, MD on 1/11/21. As of today I have no received a response. I would like to know what dept I should speak with to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I had submitted my Retirement/Medicare Benefits application online July 15, 2020 - Confirmation Number is: 67255742 which was directed to your social security office: Social Security Administration, Denver Fed Center, PO Box 25447, Denver, CO 80225-0000 which my application is pending and/or processed. I would like to request that my Social Security Administration and Medicare Benefits application would be investigated by your office immediately and get back to me with your results as to my Social Security Administration and Medicare Benefits application results.

What I need is an email address where I can contact the Baltimore office about a problem submiting my annual SSA-7162 form

I would like for my case to be transferred to Baltimore, Maryland due to fraudulent reasons in Dallas, Texas local Social Security offices and Austin, Texas DDS offices. The are putting in false information about my case or not using updated information before a decision is made. The hospitals are not sending information to DDS office or the DDS is not trying hard enough to get the proper information. The employees need to be penalized severely for misinformation and hospitals need to be penalized severely if they can't send updated information after two weeks.

I am supposed to be receiving retirement benefits (and I do not even know how much because I have an overpayment I should be paying back so much a month. No one even knows how much of this overpayment I am supposed to be paying back, and I have not even received a letter from social security about any of this.). I received a check for September but nothing for October 2019. I do not even know if or when I will be receiving another one. I have gone to the social security offices numerous times on Arden Way here in Sacramento, California, where I live, and have gone to the one in Roseville, California. Neither one has any answers, and if they do, they are not the right ones. Most of the representatives say that my retirement check has been suspended, but they do not know why. I got told at the Arden Way office last Thursday that my check was returned for September, so the representative checked the numbers for my checking account, and they were all correct. She said that the check was put it manually, so that was a problem in itself, or something like that. She did not know what she was talking about. None of them do know what they are talking about. One of the ladies who was helping the representative I just told you about is rude to me every single time I go in there, and I do NOT like her attitude! I need my money. I have been applying for jobs because I am receiving unemployment of $584 every two weeks but am running out of unemployment very quickly, and I am not getting any of those jobs because of my age. I cannot pay my bills without my retirement. Would you please find out what is going on NOW? I was supposed to receive my check for this month today or tomorrow according to the representative I talked to last Thursday at the Arden Way office here in Sacramento, California. There is not even a sign of me receiving money of any kind on your site. I look daily to see what it says, and it saying that I am not receiving social security right now but that I am eligible for retirement benefits. I am not receiving anything from anyone. I really need to find out what is going on here because no one seems to know anything. I am getting tired of getting the run around from everyone. I want answers! Thank you!

I Paulette Mann is making a comment about my benefits I am supposed to be receiving SSDI but I am not getting my SSDI but they are giving me SSI and that amount is nothing the social security office is actiing like I have never work before they are treating me like a person that have never work before I am getting SSI if like I never have put no money in the system before and it really don't feel to good I would not be complaining at all if I did not put in the system but I have work for the State of California and I started with the state in the year of 1984 and I got taking off work in 2008 and you can't lose no time even if I had left I would come back with my same time that I had left with the system had fail me not only 1 2 or 3 time it's had fail me over and over again and it seem like I can never get nobody to help me at all and I don't won't to put it on racist but I sit back and think to myself and I said to myself I know I have right but what can a person do when they know that there right have been violated. But I do know that my 14 Amendment been violated and I also know that my due process been violated as well and I sit in the house that when I do have a house and don't be homeless I do not go any wear because I don't know how to deal with people no more I have try every avenue that I can think of and I still can't come to a solution who can I trust in this mad ugly world and as I am going throw all of these problem I lose my best friend that really understand me and my best friend is my mom and she would all way tell me that it's going to get better and L lose her in June of 2014 but I had really lost her way before that and that because she die of dimension and I sit by myself all the time and I hear her said everything is going to be alright just you hang in there. And I am asking her how long am I am going to have to go throw this I know I am not a bad person and I all way try to do the right things but I done try to speck out to whoever won't to listen to me. I be saying to myself I have been going throw this for a long time and what really hurt me the most is when the county office tell me go to the social security office and I bet you can get some help with them. Okay I gose to the social security office and I am trying to believe that they are going to help me.Now I get to the social security office thinking they going to help me but I am know these are people too and this is there job and thwm I get some people that act like they are going to help me but it don't go that way than the social security won't me to go to Calpers retirement system and I try to tell them what's going to happen but I go to Calpers retirement system and they tell me I have no retirement and I am asking them how is that I was in tier 1 and that before the state came up with tier 2 The state employees that had tier 1 we got to keep our tier 1 when the new state employees had tier 2 I have never took none of my retirement at all not even from my pst retirement and the PST system was really for thr PI and seasonal worker that work hourly and not paying into the retirement system and that because they was not full time so when you separating from a state department and when you leave you can get your PST fund from the retirement system so that why I don't understand why the social security office can't tell which employees have put into the system because I thought the secial security would be able to tell because the social security have everybody work history so I have nothing to give to the social security office so they wont me to go to rehabilitation office and they could not believe what yjey had seen so they sent me to calpers retirement too and I came back with nothing! But what I don't understand nobody wont say nothing but everybody from each office tell me that I need to get attorney but I just understand why nobody wont try to fix the problem or try to help me get what I am suppose to get and it is unbelievable that everybody is just going on like it's the right thing to do but in mean time my family is the one that is going throw it! Just an fyi that I've received a voice mail from a so-called "Agent David" from SS Headquarters & it was urgent that I return the call. Immediately, I was curious, although felt it was a scam. When I returned the call, I was informed that my SS # was compromised, & he wanted my personal address info, which I did not provide. He located me, probably by my cell #, & mentioned an address & city, where I've never lived. When asked where his office was, he provided SS Headquarters's address in Baltimore….very scary to receive these type of calls, especially for those who may believe in this type of caller. Sending a notice for everyone to be aware & vigilant.

I am in ohio and had to call the ss 1800number this amat 7am i spoke with the most gracious confident educated delightful young lady named lisa she went oout of her way to help me with several questions i had she should teach all agents how to communicate with clients i was in customer service for 35 years and i just wanted to say thanks and kudos to lisa honestly she made my day thanks again lisa and god bless you sincerely joseph
