This Cumberland SSA are horrible. They are rude and treat Americans like trash. I would fire the entire group. When calling the Philadelphia office they are so nice. They listen to your concerns and politely deal with your issues. They are professionals and are one of the best run Federal Government agencies. A+++ Cumberland office should be shut down. Thank You
