Rude employees and security guard, Got a letter in the mail for my sister from them last week it was taped not sealed anyone could have opened the letter it looks like it was tampered with. How you expect to get anything done with rude employees

Horrible office where your file gets lost, no one calls you back, there is no way to reach a person about your claim, you bring documents and you are being told that you did not bring them even if you can prove it. It is a scandal, and I highly suspect that I have been subject to a fraud. Someone called me posing for a SS employee and asked me for my ex husband social security number. He said my claim would not be processed if I were not disclosing it. I know that office had it. I have been waiting already 3 months for my file to be processed, it is still pending and no one knows why and who is in charge of it. Never go to this office!!!!
