Overall rating of this office:I brought a newly arrived to US with a permanent immigrant status. I was amazed at the ignorance of the young woman who identified herself as “the boss”. She refused to enter an application for new SS number, calming the visa had expired. No matter what i said she refused to listen. I filed in another office the very next day, and received The SS number after 6 days. She clearly does not know enough to be working at an important government job.

Hello, Wanted to take a moment to send a special thanks to Ms. Gonzalaz at the Lynn SSA office. I recently lost my husband and have fallen on very hard times financially. She helped me situate my social security payments, which couldn't be coming at more crucial time for me. She was more than thorough, sympathetic, and a truly genuine person. Thank god for people like her. You can she has a passion for what she does, and enjoys helping people. The Lynn SSA office should be very proud to have associates like her representing them.
