Called last month for an appointment and was told to call back the next month which I did after numerous calls because of high volume and waiting 15 minutes after being put on hold was told I could not make an appointment at this office because I live in city that had a field office even though I live closer to the Salem office. Then I was told I could make a telephone appointment if I didn't want to go to field office in my city. Then basically she hung up in my ear before I could tell her I did not want a telephone appointment. RUDE!!!!! So happy people are willing to help navigate the system....NOT!!!
Hello!! Just got a letter in the mail on Friday saying I won't be receiving my Social Security checks until next year!!!!! I need to come in!! Definitely something is not ADDING UP,!!!!!!!!

April 1 appiled for Medicare part B to be deducted from SS check, visited and tel-contacted Salem office 4 or more times, each visit they told me I had part B Medicare, Medicare says no I dont, Medicare says contact SS office, no help...doctors bills adding up, looking for recourse. I will visit Salem office again and will get same answer. what is the problem?
