This is the worse place to go or call if you need help. I asked for a confirmation letter three weeks ago and am still waiting. I also asked for help to set up my account on my computer and was totally ignored. I guess that is the U.S. government for you take our tax dollars and don't do a thing to help

I am going to be 65 in 3 months and have to apply for Medicare. Do I have to apply online? Or can I come to your office to apply? Or is there another office where I have to go?
