1. Worst service experience I ever encountered in my 55 years of living.
2. Customer service is non-existent. I called to get assistance to obtain a SSN card for my brother who is educationally challenged. After waiting for over 30 minutes to get through, I was hung up on by the same females 3 different times on three different days. I kept calling back hoping to get another representative to help. I only pray it was the same rude person and that not everyone in the office conducts business in that manner.
3. I was not rude. I did not raise my voice. I asked for assistance on completing the application and she had no patience for any of our questions. We simply wanted an appointment to come into the office but that infuriated her because we didn’t want to complete anything online because of the poor internet speed in our small town.
4. I purposedly waited 30-45 days to provide this feedback because we needed the SSN card. Didn’t want her to retaliate or delay the process if possible. We now have it after giving up and completing online. But I felt that this feedback should be given. I really wish I knew her name but she refused to provided. Very nasty attitude. I’m sure if tere are several workers in the office, you will know who she is. African American Female.
