I have had to go to the Eastern Ave. Henderson Nevada 3 times in the last 3 yrs, and each time it was a pleasant experience.Even when it's busy or slow. Thier nice employees, they even gave me some good advice on 3 issues before I turned 65. I DIDNT listen, and got myself all messed up..took awhile and lost my longtime doctors, over not listening to good solid advice. Tonight, I am sending that office some questions I have, since The. Coronavirus has shut down the office for now. I feel assured they.will call me within a few days after they receive it.. Eastern office is a 5 star to me,And 5 for Caring and Compassion. Thank You. I have a US Passport and a Nevada driver's license which both expire in 2020. If I need to go to my local social security office before 2020, can I enter the property using the passport. The driver's license is not a Federal ID card as of yet.

This farce of having one central number for all offices is BS. I needed information from the Las Vegas/ Henderson offices and there is no listing for them...15" on hold is enough of my time wasted, I will try to report the death of a recipient tomorrow when I pick up his cremains, other wise you'll know when his accounts are closed and nowhere for the payments to go!!
