Never live near or try to use this location. Staff throws away inbound mail, a Federal crime! They destroy people's income!

While I can not rate these offices, I am suspecting from other comments that these offices are difficult to deal with. And contact.
I have also just read that if one is applying for duplicate SSC, they contact (in person) the Las Vegas facility only. Is this correct? AND, is the only option to request duplicate in person? I have a friend that has sent by mail a request to the Reno address on Harvard, he gets no reply what so not. He is incarcerated and trying to get employment. He can not leave NNCC. Can someone please find a few moments to answer this simple question? Much needed soon
Julie
