We were turned away and told because we live in queens county we needed to go to an office in queens. All after waiting 1 and 1/2 hours and paying $6.00 for parking. This is a federal agency and it should not matter what county or state for that matter you live in. Is this an official policy and can you provide an explanation why this is a policy?
