Overall rating of this office:No phone contact without knowing an extension or persons name to contact.
No one answers the phone, why is that? I have called since 01/06/18 and no one answers.
I found out I only received from Ed’s monthly (R15 Bene/Acct Hidr Dceased Edward Heim 00000006510010076) $1.116.00 once on 10/10/17 this was direct deposit to NBT. I have received nothing since then. Help, “Now I Got Nothing”!
For that matter, I cannot use Medicare or their prescription drug plan in Mexico. That would add, if I received a check, $140.00 more per month!
Unable to get someone on the phone. Not everyone can go to the office to speak to someone when they work the same hours. Would please like someone to contact me.

cant call anybody no one answers the phone should be able to call within working hours and get a real person to answer

I have been trying to contact your office for several days, calling at different times of the day, with no luck. The phone rings and rings and goes to a busy signal repeatedly. You have listed (518) 561-2265 as a means of contacting someone at this office, but it is inaccurate or someone is not doing his/her job. The 866 number provides no help either, as there is no way to speak to someone without knowing an employee’s name or extension. This is unacceptable for such an important government service! ☹️
