Mailed application for Medicare in March. No response. 4. Idiots to the office to FINALLY put application through. 4 days later, the same person who registered me canceled my application. I called the supervisor. She never called me back. There’s no one to talk to. Unforgivable.

Wife treated like a criminal by the female security guard , my disabled wife was told by the SSA manager that she needed my wife to drop off some paperwork also told my wife she would be in the office till 6:30. My wife took the elevator and as soon as she got off the elevator the security guard stated yelling at my wife and when my wife told her she was only dropping off paperwork that the SSA manager requested , it was 4:02 pm and after the guard kicked my disabled wife out she had to call the manager and the manager had to come out and grab the paperwork. Why is this acceptable for this guard to treat people like animals and disrespect disabled people??
