I have no complaints about the agent. He answered my question as to whether my application had been accepted. My complaint would be about getting ahold of an agent. I called the number on the main website,-772-1213 and I think that it disconnected as soon as it asked me to hold because at least the other two numbers I called, (Asheville and Durham) had music and a frequent courtesy message. I waited 50 minutes on that first call not realizing I had been hung up on because I didn't know to expect courtesy music and messages! The the call I made to Asheville apparently cut me off after waiting 26 minutes. All in all, it took 2 hours out of my day to reach a human. If your information on my account had been up to date, (that I my application review was complete and accepted), I never would have called.
