This place should be closed...just do the phones at least they are decent. It deserves a NEGATIVE 10 stars. The rude jerk at the desk has a major attitude. I called down there yesterday, the person I spoke to was VERY nice. Said all my granddaughter needed was a valid state issued ID. So thats what we brought. Now mind you in order to get a state issued ID you birth certificate must match. However, this duffus said her name doesn't match the records so she needed her birth certificate...

i KNOW HOW HER NAME IS SPELLED ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BRIGHT ONE. This guy had enough (obviously not balls) to ask my 18 yr old granddaughter if she was SURE that her name had TWO N's on the end. No dumbass, she doesnt know after 18 years how to spell her name. He never said what the "discrepancy" was and each time I tried to help her since she didnt know what to do, he shot me a glare and TOTALLY IGNORNED me. Im not sure what Hes being paid but whatever it is, its too much. So a trip to Bismarck, $50 gas and absolutely NO HELP. Must have been a rough week for him.. no one could find him when we got there. The security guard stumbled in from outside just as we were leaving and plopped down and tipped back in his chair. Great security there. Man it must have been a rough week. POS. I have never in my life seen a worse run agency ..and Im not young. It will be a very cold day in hell before I EVER step foot in that place again. He is a rude, lazy sweaty creep and shouldnt have that job. He is arrogant (Im not sure why) and condescending and a total jerk But then, I guess it is government, what can you expect. WORTHLESS. DONT GO HERE.
