I am trying to get my medicare plan B.
I am 67 years old and have plan A
Jan. I sent in the form that was sent to me in Jan. Called the last week of Jan. to see if it was received. No info and was told to call back the end of Feb. Called the end of Feb. and was told they could not find it, someone would call me in a few days. No one called. March 2nd I called, still no info. Talked to a Mr. Lo March 7th who got me to the Cincinnati office nd I talked to Adam Easing, he said fill out another form and drop it off to his attention. March 8th I dropped off form in person at fed. building on Main St. Cincinnati to Mr Earsing's attention at 02:42:19 PM. March 11th, I called to check. No info. May 16th I called talked to Tawana, she said they have my form and it won't be processed till the end of May, but will go into effect July 1, 2016. I needed to get started with my secondary ins. so May 31st I called and talked to Roy Obi, he said they DO NOT HAVE MY FORM and that I need to call the Cincinnati office.I tried to call 8 times!!!! Now I have to make my third trip to the Cincinnati office, pay for parking, and get the run around again. I am going back June 1st to the Cincinnati office then to Congressman Steve Chabot's office then to Senator Rob Portman's office. I have never in 67 years had so much trouble getting answers for such a simple thing. All I want is my Medicare Plan B!!!!!!!!!

I have to drive 2 hours and be there at 550 Main St in Cincy at 8:00 a.m. I'm taking African refugee neighbors to get green card documentation. I can't drop them off but this site gives me no help in pre-locating a parking garage.
