I received a letter in June 2021, stating the SSA had been paying me too much and I owed $786.The local office has been closed so I sent yo a letter stating I wanted to appeal this and stated all of the things that had happened to my account. I never heard anything from you, so I faxed the same information to you on Sep 27, 2021, and never got any answer again. What do I need to do to talk to someone about this problem?

Question:

I am retiring at he end of this 2016 year. My last full day at my job will be 12/30/2016. But I will take my vacation time in January 2017 which will make my OFFICIAL last day of January 31, 2917. When can I make an appointment with Social Security about retiring?
