Overall rating of this office:My wife just received a SPAM call regarding the loss of her monthly check if she did not immediately call 877-862-5677....the caller was a male voice....
I WAS TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONE ABOUT MY CHECK. THE AUTOMATED PHONE TOOK SO LONG THAT THE OFFICE WAS THEN CLOSED. I WAS LOOKING FOR MY CHECK AND ITS USUALLY HERE ON THE FIRST. I NEED TO MAKE MY HOUSE PAYMENT SO ITS NOT LATE. THIS IS VERY DISCOURAGING. THE OFFICE IN MEDINA ISN'T THAT BUSY THAT THEY CAN NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS WAS THE FIRST I COULD GET TO A PHONE ABOUT THIS AND NOW THE OFFICE IS CLOSED!
I keep trying to call the Social Security Office in Medina to talk to a representative. I dial the five digit extension of the person I want to talk with, and I receive the message this is not a valid extension number. I am not able to contact the person that I too as the system does not recognize the extension and I do not have the last name of my representative to try reaching the person by last and first name.

I have tried time and time again to contact you. I called you almost a year ago to inform you of my address change. I never received the annual statement that shows how much I received from SSA in 2019. How do I file my taxes without it? Can someone or anyone help me?
