I am a Participant of the WCI Steel Defined Benefit Pension Plan (1999). I am part of a group of Ex-Employees/Participants who are un-equally situated in Lifetime Deferred Early Benefit Status since June 2006. I will be 62 years old in August, and plan on signing up for my SS Benefits. Our Plan failed to Disclose to our group of similar situated participants of our NRA eligibility when Plan Benefit Eligibility modifications were made to the plan and never lawfully amended or disclosed to our group. Is there someone in your office I can make an appointment with that can investigate my claims I have pursued since 2006 that have went from non-disclosure ERISA Fiduciary Breaches to Age Discrimination ongoing.
