Drove from Pelzer to Grnv office on my only day off to find the location closed. Guessing a pipe burst by trucks parked out back. Would not be a big deal if the website and recorded phone message indicated the location was indefinitely closed!

I had to make a change in my status recently. I made an appointment to be contacted by phone. Although I was sceptical, I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went. Many thanks to the gentleman who helped me!

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. Offices are far to small for the volume of people. Terrible representation for a federal office.
