Upon arrival the waiting room is a crowded but well arranged but not to user friendly as to what to next. once that was addressed the wait was within a reasonable length and the clerk was fairly informative. However, the phone system before finally giving up and making the 40 mile one way trip to the office was totally unacceptable as it hung up to many numerous time to keep track of after being on hold for a long waiting period and then informed that all agent were busy then nothing but a dial tone. This needs the option to be on hold in a number sequence until next available agent .
