I am a payee.My nephew lives in Texas, I live in Texas. Everything has worked for the last year. He receives bebefit for mental disabilites. I have submitted the annual form for his bebefits to continue. I took it to my local SSA office here in Kansas. I was told that I could not sign the "authorization to disclose information form.
