Overall rating of this office:No one is calling, texting nor emailing for Appt date. Forms disappear off of my social security for appt. No status updates. Online filing forms is not working at all.
No one is calling, texting nor emailing for Appt date. Forms disappear off of my social security for appt. No status updates. Online filing forms is not working at all.
Waiting since April for an appointment for survivor benefits. No one will call me back and they will not make an appointment. Office staff is rude every time I get someone to answer the phone.
This pandemic been going on almost two years now it's time for these people to stop hiding behind covid19 to not do their jobs and get to work the employees were behind safety glass anyway.The customers are the one hurting since they are remotely working no one answers the phone when they do. either your call gets dropped or back in the Que. No one seem to know the answer or have the resource at home to seek help when needed. And let me not talk about the attitudes and frustration that you feel from them like you interupted their tv program.
I am 67 can I work without the government deducting any money frm my social security chk.
Waited a month and a half for a phone appt. No call. Called again, no one had passed on the number to call.
Was told I would be called in an hour and a half, no call came. Called again, the number to call had not been passed on again. Next appt June 19th.

I was issued a SSA disability determination letter on May 3, 2022. It was decided Definitely Favorable . I provided my direct deposit information on Thur May 12, 2022. I was told SS Retirement interviewer would call me May 13th promptly. It is now May 17th and no one has called. if i dont recieve payment today or tomorrow. I will be evicted and arrested, thrown in JAIL quickly and loose everything in my life as I'm fully crippled. Then the moneys wont be accessible. and ill spend 6 mo - to 1 year because of Social Security Administration. I think They should build a special long term solitary confinement US Prison for SSA employees whom do not do what they say.
