Overall rating of this office:I am trying to assist my 90 year old sister in law Reba Lee Manuel Mahler. Due to a fraud attempt to her bank account her account has been closed and re opened under a different account #. She is tried to give you new direct deposit information this morning but she has to have help, because I was reading her previous address and your customer service attendant could hear me they would not accept the change. I understand the rules and why you have them to protect individuals from fraud however she is sick and still needs to get this accomplished. Is there a way you can email me the forms or fax them to me? I am her sister in law and neighbor. She can complete the forms her self and mail them back to you or I can fax them to you. HELP please. email [email protected] fax 940 862 5527. Her telephone number is 940 862 5615. We held for over an hour this morning then failed. Called back and held for 50 minutes and hung up and tried to get it done on my computer but she does not have an email address so we failed again. She has some cancer treatment Monday in Abilene but will not be able to go to SS office. Please advise.

I have called a couple of times - either the phone rang forever or it was answered automatically and I was put on hold for 15-30 minutes and then hung up on.
