Overall rating of this office:I have been helped by Mrs. Stowes out of this office on two different occasions. She is definitely the most knowledge and proficient representative I have encountered in any government agency in a long while.
Easy to reach by telephone and representative quickly and courteously solved my problem.
I practically got chased off the phone by a representative of this office this morning. I asked for an explanation and it was obvious he could not answer my question in regards to my February payment. I asked for a number of their payment office and was told by him that he has tried numerous times to explain why my February check was not issued and I did not get any further with him. I will try to talk to another representative at another time.
How can I make an appointment to speak with someone at the SSA office in Newport News?
