I want to thank the nice lady at the Richmond office that I spoke to you on the phone. She was very helpful and polite unlike the woman in the Roanoke office when I went in to ask for help I was told that she couldn’t help me and the supervisor couldn’t help me but I need to leave I had security escort me out because I want information on how to finish an online application. Thank God after I left there in tears trying to get help for my son who was injured in a motorcycle wreck back in June and is now disabled with a traumatic brain injury I called the Richmond office and got the help I needed. Thank you again so much
